If you are interested in adopting an animal, please view adoptable animals online and submit an adoption request via email. Once your request has been processed, the SPCA will contact you to schedule a meeting and reception. Please be patient as the process will be delayed. The Anne Arundel County SPCA is still accepting donations of new and unopened pet supplies (food, treats, etc.), but cannot accept any used or opened donations at this time. Emergency services such as animal release, euthanasia and cremation will be available by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, please call and leave a message at 410-268-4388 ext. 141. Anne Arundel County Animal Care and Control is located off Interstate 97 at the Millersville Police and Fire Headquarters Complex, 411 Maxwell Frye Road. Visitors to the refuge must wear masks and we ask that no one enter if they feel unwell. – Dates are encouraged to visit us to view and/or adopt animals, retrieve lost animals, license your pets, or conduct other shelter activities.).
