That’s because these aren’t your average old bracelets; these are cool bracelets with an inspirational message (literally) that are meant to be worn forever.
Founder Adriana Carrig started Little Words Project in 2013 with a simple mission: “to create something whose sole purpose was to bring kindness and positivity back to the female world,” according to a press release. But that’s not all: each bracelet can actually be registered online via its charm tag; When you feel you no longer need to wear the word to feel its power, you can pass the bracelet on to someone else, while following its journey.
It’s no wonder Lizzo, who’s been a longtime fan of the brand, has worn stacks of Little Words Project bracelets while sporting pieces from her own brand, Yitty. Yitty is a “revolutionary shapewear brand that exudes self-love, radical inner confidence, and effortless everyday wear,” according to the press release, a mission very similar to that of Little Words Project.
Little Words Project has sold more than one million bracelets to date and counts celebrities such as Kourtney Kardashian, Zoe Saldaña, Taylor Swift, Charli D’Amelio and Nicky Hilton among its fans, according to the brand’s representative. Pretty impressive, right? To the right.
